Icing a cake--fast!
After searching online for a short video that really demonstrates how the professionals do it, I found this fantastic video. This pastry chef does in less than a minute what others on you tube spend 10 minutes or more discussing! (Great for short attention spans, and fascinating to watch!)

Wow! That was fast. Totally going to try that with my next cake. The icing looks really, really fluffy. That isn't buttercream is it?
