Grade 12 students created these designer single serve cakes, with fancy flavors, fillings and toppings.

Fancy Jams!
During this project, students learned about preserving while making a healthier product that most of us eat regularly! They were amazed by how simple it is to make and preserve jam! Making labels, however, proved tough ....
